All experiences are small-group, expert-guided, and built around the comfort and welfare of our animals. The Lounge is open to all ages. Some rooms have minimum age requirements listed at booking.
Capybara Lounge
A guided, hands-on encounter with our capybaras and other small animals in our cafe-style Lounge. Offer approved food under staff supervision, every interaction is on the animals' terms, never forced.

Capybara and Friends
A 55-minute guided group encounter. Feed our capybaras with food we provide, then meet more of our exotic animal ambassadors. Every animal's participation is voluntary.

Laugh, learn, and get seriously close to our playful lemurs and friends in this guided session. Animal appearances vary by visit, our animals choose when they're social.
